In Psychology, Imago refers to often the idealized image of a parent, formed in childhood and persisting unconsciously into adulthood. Origin: Latin for image What is New Media? New Media is the next stage of content development, marketing and distribution. It is utilizing new ideas, strategies, platforms and technologies to create new possibilities for reaching global communities without boundaries. The Health & Wellness (H&W) Channel provides patients the ability to see health content about physicians and specialists not only while onsite at the hospital, but also from work, home or on mobile devices. The H&W Channel's goal is to provide a medium for hospitals and health organizations to distribute medical information across multiple media environments.
